Welcome to MyReviewRamp™, operated by Swift & Associates Ventures Corp., Topeka, Kansas (“MyReviewRamp”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

  • app.MyReviewRamp.com

  • MyReviewRamp.com

  • ReviewRamp.app

  • Any related MyReviewRamp tools, QR codes, pages, or services

  • Mobile or future versions of our platform

By creating an account, subscribing, or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use MyReviewRamp.

1. Who We Are

MyReviewRamp™ is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides:

  • Review funnels

  • QR codes

  • Branded review pages

  • Review helper/text tools

  • Email/SMS review-request workflows

  • Dashboard tools for managing your review campaigns

  • Integrations with third-party platforms

2. Eligibility

To use MyReviewRamp, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Be able to enter a legally binding contract

  • Use the service for lawful business or personal purposes

  • Not use MyReviewRamp to send spam or violate review platform rules

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you must provide accurate information.
You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your login credentials

  • All activity that occurs under your account

  • Updating your contact information if it changes

We are not responsible for unauthorized account access resulting from your actions.

4. Your Responsibilities as a User

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload customer data without consent

  • Use MyReviewRamp for deceptive or fraudulent review activity

  • Abuse review systems or violate Google, Yelp, Facebook, or other platform rules

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt our service

  • Send mass unsolicited messages or spam

  • Use automated bots or scraping tools

  • Misrepresent your identity

You must comply with all applicable laws, including email/SMS communication rules such as:

  • CAN-SPAM Act

  • TCPA

  • GDPR (if your customers are in the EU)

  • Local privacy regulations

You remain the data controller for any customer data you upload into MyReviewRamp.

5. Our Responsibilities

We agree to:

  • Provide access to the MyReviewRamp platform

  • Maintain reasonable uptime

  • Protect user data with appropriate security measures

  • Respond to support requests within reasonable timeframes

  • Provide clear billing information

We may update or improve the service at any time.

6. Subscription & Payments

MyReviewRamp is a subscription-based service.
By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the subscription fee according to the plan you selected

  • Allow Stripe to securely process your payments

  • Maintain valid payment details in your account

Automatic Renewal

All plans renew automatically until canceled.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may:

  • Retry the charge

  • Suspend access

  • Cancel your account if non-payment continues

Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law, subscriptions are non-refundable, including:

  • Partially used billing periods

  • User error

  • Failure to use the service

  • Canceling mid-cycle

7. Cancelation

You may cancel your subscription at any time inside your account settings or by contacting support.

Cancelation:

  • Stops future billing

  • Does not refund past payments

  • Will disable access at the end of the paid period

We may also cancel or suspend your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in misuse or fraudulent activity

  • Your payment fails repeatedly

8. User-Provided Content

You may upload content such as:

  • Business names

  • Logos

  • Photos

  • Customer data

  • Review links

  • Custom text or instructions

You represent that:

  • You have the right to upload this content

  • You grant MyReviewRamp permission to display or process it as part of the service

  • Your content does not violate copyright or any third-party rights

  • Your content does not contain viruses or harmful code

9. Data Processing & Privacy

By using MyReviewRamp, you agree to our:

  • Privacy Policy

  • Cookie Policy

These explain:

  • What data we collect

  • How it is used

  • How it is protected

  • Your rights as a user

When you upload customer information (names, emails, phone numbers), you act as the Data Controller, and MyReviewRamp acts as your Data Processor.

A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available upon request.

10. Integrations & Third Parties

MyReviewRamp uses third-party providers to operate, including:

  • Stripe (payments)

  • Analytics tools

  • Email/SMS delivery services

  • Hosting providers

  • CRM or automation systems (if you integrate them)

We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party platforms, but we will take reasonable steps to resolve disruptions.

11. Service Availability

We attempt to provide 24/7 access, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service

  • Error-free operation

  • Freedom from delays or performance issues

  • Compatibility with every browser or device

We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency fixes as needed.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, design, and intellectual property on:

  • app.MyReviewRamp.com

  • MyReviewRamp.com

  • ReviewRamp.app

are owned by Swift & Associates Ventures Corp. and protected by law.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Resell

  • Reverse engineer

  • Create derivative works

from any portion of the platform.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use MyReviewRamp to:

  • Manipulate or fabricate reviews

  • Incentivize reviews in prohibited ways

  • Spam customers

  • Send unsolicited SMS or emails

  • Violate Google or review platform policies

  • Harm the platform or disrupt operations

  • Engage in illegal or abusive behavior

Violation may result in immediate termination.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyReviewRamp is not responsible for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruptions

  • Loss of data

  • Errors in automation caused by user input

  • Issues with third-party review platforms

  • Poorly written or user-supplied content

  • Customer dissatisfaction with results

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyReviewRamp and its owners, officers, and employees from any claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of the platform

  • Your uploaded or submitted content

  • Your customer communications

  • Violations of third-party review policies

  • Any breach of these Terms

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
